1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting the demo request form and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the system.

2. Service Overview

We provide a web-based DTR (Daily Time Record) system that uses OTP-based SMS verification for employee time-in and time-out. Accounts are created manually upon approval after submission of the sign-up form.

3. Trial and Billing

A 1-month free trial is provided upon approval. After the trial, continued use requires payment of ₱50 per employee per month. SMS credits are not included in the free trial and must be purchased separately.

4. Account Approval

Submission of the sign-up form does not guarantee access. We reserve the right to approve or deny requests at our discretion based on availability or eligibility.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Use the system for lawful purposes only
• Not engage in spam, fraud, or any form of abuse using the SMS feature
• Monitor your SMS credit usage and ensure timely loading of balance

6. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if a user is found violating these terms, misusing the system, or failing to maintain SMS credits after trial expiration.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and system functionalities belong to IPROG TECH and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any data loss, missed SMS delivery, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use the system.

9. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the system after changes are posted implies acceptance of the revised terms.
